Reschedule Policy
There is no cost to reschedule to an upcoming class if notified at least 15 days before the date scheduled. Substitutes may be made anytime before the class date at no cost. Please let us know ahead of time so that we may have all the correct names on the class completion certificates.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to mthormer@holisticptclinic.com. Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the event will be refunded in full, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received up to 15 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event, including no-shows. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and in the same manner as the original payment.
